Out-of-Network Provider with Insurance Coordination 

As an out-of-network provider, we go above and beyond to help you maximize your dental and, in some cases, medical insurance benefits. Our dedicated insurance coordinator will file claims on your behalf, ensuring you receive the highest possible reimbursement from your insurance provider.  

Our team will work with you every step of the way to help navigate these details with professionalism and accountability. 

Cancellation and Refund Policies 

To provide the highest level of care to all our patients, we kindly request at least 3 business days’ notice for appointment cancellations. This allows us to offer timely care to others in need. 

Cancellation Fee: A 25% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made less than 3 business days before your appointment. 

Non-Refundable Lab Fees: Any lab fees associated with your treatment are nonrefundable, even in the event of a cancellation. 

Your understanding and cooperation allow us to maintain an efficient schedule and deliver compassionate care to all.  

Surgical Deposits and Payment Timeline 

TTo secure your surgery date, a down payment may be required at the time of scheduling. The remaining balance will be due in full two weeks prior to your surgery date.
